Shipping Policy:

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible from our print-on-demand partner. Please note that since each product is made to order, fulfillment and shipping times may vary.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-7 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
  • Shipping Method: We offer standard shipping for all orders, with delivery typically taking 3-4 business days after processing. 
  • Multiple Items: If you have ordered multiple items, please be aware that they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers. This means that you may receive your items in separate packages and at different times.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
  • If your order has not arrived yet: Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. Ask your local post office if they have the your package. Stop by the neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. If the shipping address was correct and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor, get in touch with us at info@sunnysailingdays.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address we can send you a replacement order but the shipping will be at your cost.
