Refund Policy 

Most of our products are eligible for our 30-day return policy. The return policy only applies to items that are unused but you can try on the product and see how it feels before you decide.

Discounted items may have a limited return policy. Any restrictions on the return policy for discounted items will be clearly indicated at the time of the discount.

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

 1. Send an email to our customer service at info@sunnysailingdays.com indicating that you wish to return the product. Include your order confirmation in the email.

2. Explain the reason for the return. If the product is defective, please attach a photo of the defective area.

3. We will process your request and contact you once your return has been approved. After the return is approved, we will refund your money.

4. We do not require you to send the product back to us unless there is a specific reason to do so.

 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software products

* Some health and personal care items

* Book with obvious signs of use

* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

We will notify you of the approval of your refund.

After your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our customer service. We only exchange products for another of the same kind.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
